In 2006 it was created a special department for milling, to give customers the utmost confidentiality. It is equipped with two milling machines with numerical control.

The department of " Reverse engineering and testing " is equipped with an anthropomorphic arm of measurement of Xystum of Turin , equipped with a laser head and a Renishaw probe , that allows to certify the work performed or to scan existing models to then manage them , provide point cloud or via the CAD department , the math element . It has a range quite high : 1500mm , so can detect both models of small size that big . Having a minimum weight : 15 kg is practical and versatile , it adapts easily to transport , making it possible to carry out the work in a different location from UCIF The department is completed by a plotting Coord3 equipped with test software Delcam Power Inspect.

The CAD-CAM department was born around 1998 and year after year, has evolved and expanded. We use DELCAM software, that are able to manage any type of file of the most important software on the market. The staff has the ability to complete or adapt maths to the needs of the production. Thanks to the perfect interaction with other departments, you can follow the entire production process, from the creation to the finished part testing. The department has also a great flexibility and uses all the advanced technologies.
